          The undersigned consumer has permission from the artist, Miriam A. Kilmer, to use her "Miami Blue" images on T-shirts, hats, posters for sale, tote-bags, bumper stickers, etc., in return for a royalty fee of $1.00 for each item printed. This fee is the responsibility of the consumer alone; in no case will the printer, acting on the instructions of said consumer, be held responsible for any infringement of copybrownright.
